(Motorola Atrix 2, android 2.3.5)
I know this has been beaten to death in many other forums, but no solution has worked for this phone for me. I've spent HOURS searching and tinkering but the caller ID images remain of POOR quality.
Previously with my HTC Aria, the solution was to create a new "phone" contact and link it to the exisiting google contact. However I am unable to create a standard "phone" contact, instead only gives option to save as google, yahoo or att phone book, all 3 of which produce low res pics. I've tinkered with diff ways to save contact photos, different account settings, contact list settings, etc for hours and can't seem to get a clear image.
I am not particularly interested in any of the market apps for caller ID, and I need google to sync my contacts regularly so would prefer to keep this feature enabled.
Please, please, please someone assist me and put me out of my misery! I know it's got to be relatively simple. Thank you in advance.
