low ring tone volume

im finally back from the having a iPhone and now have the the amazing black note 9 .
But is it me or is it the phone has very low ringtones and notifications, I have the volume all the way up ?

It's you. Go to the Settings and take a look at all the adjustments, since you didn't have them on os 12.

I have also found the volume of some natives tones to be low. The ones I’ve added have great volume though.

I downloaded ringtones and notifications from zedge and actually they're too loud lol

sorry guys I had to send it back it was just too low volume and I was missing calls and notifications badly so I had to go back to my iPhone but I will be back just order the s8 active see ya sson
