Low voice mail sound (verizon)

Had my Note 4 for a few weeks. So far I'm impressed. The VM feature on the phone is new to me. The volume is much lower than it was on my S3 when it connected to Verizon directly. Anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions? All other volume seem fine. Thanks.

If your phone is normal volume and your VM isn't, it's probably Verizon's VM server settings. Call customer support or take the phone into a company owned store.
