Mine where sent also, but I also took it to Sprint to see if my/others issues will get a minor bug fix. The more that bring this issue up to Sprint, maybe that will make HTC look in to the matter. Maybe

Interesting, I noticed that after my last abnormal reset I started seeing the "google app" issue - white screen for Gmail, can't open contacts in the people app.

I wonder if other people are having these abnormal resets and just don't know it? If you miss the little exclamation point in the notification bar and you clear your notifications you would never even know your phone restarted.

Nope, if you clear it, its gone. The rep at my local Sprint store cleared it by mistake, and we could no retrieve it. Lucky for me she saw it, and I had the screen shots to show them it was not the 1st time I got the bug.

I'm on my 4th phone, my wife is on her 2nd. 2 of mine quit working, my wife's 1st quit working as well. On my current phone mine won't send/receive text messages. That's 6 phone in less than 3 months. So far they all have been replaced free either thru the 30day period or Sprint TEP.

I have not tried Google wallet yet, and it looks like I won't for now. Not having the issues described above, so hoping to keep it that way.

Wow people, its just a run of the mill crash error report. Extremely common and probably a software issue and not a hardware one. Chill out and send the report
