Sound keeps getting changed to full volume. Have no idea what is doing it.

Anyone experiencing this or have a solution, I keep returning the volume on system and notifications to 50% but after a few days they are back to full.

Do you have any routines running? Most of the time this is what returns sounds to a certain volume. For me, for instance, it was my 'Sleep' routine on my watch. It was set to not only return the phone to SOUND mode, it was also setting the volume a specific level.

Sleep routine is set up to sync phone with watch but nowhere does sound mode indicated.

Also if it was a daily routine it should happen every day and it doesn't, there can be days between the change.
