LTE drop on voice calls

Can someone help I don't have data when I receive voice calls on vzw. Any suggestions?

When I first inserted my Sim into my phone worked for a day with 4g. Then it today it stopped working and when I get a phone call it says no Internet.

Have you tried rebooting? Or turning Airplane mode on then off?

I don't think VZW works with the VoLTE on the 6P -- I could be wrong though. Let me see if some of my Verizon peoples can answer this for you.

BTW what network. Are you on? If it's at&t? Make use your device 8s updated to the latest March security firmware. The build number

This build number has a LTE connection fix in it for at&t subscribers

Does this work with the 6P on Verizon? I thought they didn't have the option to tell the phone to use it. I could be wrong .. I know AT&T people couldn't. On T-Mobile I had the option via the phone.

From your computer:

• Log into VZW's website
• Hover over My Plan & Services and select Manage Products and Apps
• Select the FREE PRODUCTS
• Make sure that HD Voice is a Current Feature on your phone
• If not, make it a current feature
• This will take up to 24 hours to add to your account.

On your phone (Once HD Voice is active):

• Settings
• More
• Cellular network settings
• Make sure Enhanced 4G LTE Mode is turned on

Once both of the above are completed, you will not loose LTE while talking as long as you're in VZW's LTE country. I surf and talk all the time on my 5X.

Yes it does. I had the 6P for a few weeks and was able to talk and surf at the same time in a Verizon LTE area.

Ah OK I guess I haven't noticed. Just switched from 6s plus to the 6P. Long time iOS user but have had other Android devices prior. Missed the flexibility.

Anyway I didn't think my iPhone did it but I suppose I never looked. Thanks!

Is the option there though?

When I got my 6P, my company communications team was able to get the option enabled on my line. I now own my number again but I ported it to Project Fi as soon as I took ownership of the number back on a Verizon family account so I couldn't tell you what the options looked like.

I DO believe the switch on the account side as well as enabling it on the phone worked though.
