LTE not showing up

I'm clearly in LTE areas for Att but my LTE logo not showing up and speed test really slow. Not sure how to turn it on or off. Help needed.

Welcome to the forums!
Going to take a shot at this, I don't have the Moto. Try Settings>More..(Under data usage, close to the top of the menu)>Mobile Netorks>Network Mode. Check and make sure LTE is selected.

OK. Only other thing I can think of is put the phone in Airplane mode for a few minutes. Then disable it. A restart will do the same thing.

Is your wifi on, I believe 4G disconnects?
I noticed in some AT&T screen shots the 4G logo at the top disappeared when the wifi was on.
On my Verizon the logo stays but goes gray.

There is a way to get it the mobile network settings. It like # a bunch of numbers and #. I don't know it, sorry. Google it and it should be easily located.
