LY-F2S Tablet PC Touch screen not responding

I just recently bought it. At first it was working and now it's not working and i tried switching on and off and still didn't work.
I think its a software issue, How do i fix this? (Btw at the moment i use my PCs mouse to use it)

I too, have recently purchased an Android tablet and thr touch screen will not work. It was a gift to my granddaughter for her birthday so you can imagine how disappointed she is. Nothing we have tried will work. I am so frustrated. I am hoping somebody can help me very very quickly as my granddaughter is in tears. A birthday gift she desperately wanted and it won't work. Not a good birthday I am afraid.

Have you had any luck yet with getting the touch screen to worK? I still cannot get mine to work. I can use the tablet with a mouse but that is all. I wondered if perhaps you had found a solution.
