M8 GPS signal problems (signal breakups)

hello

i am having big problems with the M8 GPS.
During navigation using navigon or goggle maps i do have signal breakups all the time.
The signal is lost between a few seconds, sometimes some minutes.
My M7 right next to it, is just fine.
Talking to the HTC support I have set up the phone three time from scratch now, ordered a new sim card no change..still breakups.

In my german forum many people seems to have the same problem.

Anyone here having the same problem ?

Could be a hardware problem then. Haven't had any problems with it.

Have you downloaded GPS Test or any other apps that let you monitor GPS activity and actually watched the satellite signals to see if its an external issue causing the disruption?

I have the Sprint HTC M8, I've started to get GPS issues after the 4.4.3 update. It doesn't happen all the time, but I've had it lose signal a couple of times. A reboot gets the signal back, but is not convenient while driving. If you get it resolve, please post what fixed the issue.

I have the HTC One M8 (HK Edition)on Sprint as well, and have had intermittent problems with the GPS on the device since the 4.4.3 update was released. I've had to 'factory reset" it to get it to work again (done this 3 times now). The last time I did that I noticed that enabling the WiFi calling (new with 4.4.3) seems to immediately break the GPS capability. I travel so the GPS is more useful to me than WiFi calling. I've left the WiFi calling off for a couple of weeks and (so far) the GPS is still working.
