M8 is slowing down

I used to always want the newest, fastest, bestest phone out there, but lately I've been fine with keeping the one I have until it starts giving me problems. My M8 is starting to stutter and slow down and I love HTC, but I don't think I'm staying with them. The M10 will have to blow everything out of the water for me to consider it.
