M9 software version?

I bought new One M9 and updated it to 5.1 lolipop, but it says now that my software is upgraded to 2.10.401.1 and officialy it's 2.11.617.15 on htc website and it says there "If your Software number is less than 2.11.617.15 , you should proceed with the upgrade." ... but when I check if any updates are available it says there isn't ... so I can't update to the latest? I'm not on any provider.

If you're not with any provider/carrier thats the reason you'renot seeing a update as thet are the ones that push the updates. Download the RUU and update that way, Remember your data will be wiped so back everything up.
