how can you find the mac address if your not on wifi???

Settings/General/About Device. (That's the MAC address of the data connection. I don't know if you can get the MAC address from the phone, but you can from looking in the router to see what MAC addresses are connected.)

Try - settings/wifi/advanced. That is where I find my mac address. Advanced is found in the three dot menu. I do not need to be connected to see the mac info.
