Maintaining News app

Quick question...

Is there any way to clean up the news application (articles i'm not going to read) automatically, i.e. delete all, without having to delete each article individually?

i don't think so but i personally turned off the news and stocks sync. if i want news i want up to the second news and i'll just point the browser to cnn.com etc. and get my news. sames goes with stocks at cnbc.com.

i don't need the news and stocks sync cluttering up my device memory and killing my battery.

Thanks! Well I have both the stock and News widgets set to manual refresh so I'm not too concerned with that, but I have around 367 news updates from the various feeds I'm subscribed to and wanted to know how to clean them up.

Yeah, the news app is not very user oriented. I had NewsFeed on my Pre and it lets you clear the feeds all at once. I may have to buy it in the market.
