Major flaw with the forums app sign in

When you go to sign in to the app. You cannot use your email address, it has to be your user name.

This is an issue that needs to be addressed, I couldn't figure out why I could login to the website with my email and password. The app never would and tonight I was like let my try my user name and it worked.

Same here, except I use Firefox on my P.C.

I'm the opposite. I always login with my user name on most websites. It's the ones that force me to log in with my email address that are the exception to the rule and throw me off.
