Is there a way to do this in the Tab S 10.5. I have a 64gb Microsd card in the device but see no way to make the device default to using it.

Thoughts?

Thanks
Steve

It will be news to me if you can do something like this. You can certainly move some downloaded apps to it, store your photos, music and video on it but I don't think you can use it as OS storage, if that's what you want to do. Welcome to AC btw.

Thanks for the welcome and the answer. That seems to be what I am finding out. That you can just move things to it, but not make it a default storage point.

Thanks
Steve

You can move some apps partially to the card. Choosing where apps save things is done in the settings for each app. Some won't allow the card to be selected. There's no overall choice of the card.

The solution:

Applications | Internet | Advanced | Save content to ......options are device or SD Card

Hi guys.

I not want to create new theme so i post my message in here.

You can send apps to SD card. It's ok. But the problem is that when app want to update that app after update come back to internal memory. So question if there is any way that update come to SD card? Not in internal? Because when all apps updating i need send them AGAIN AGAIN and AGAIN back to SD card. - Thanks

Quit updating your apps. most of the updates are for new versions of Android, and they add a few bells and whistles here and there.
