Making a shortcut to a webpage.

What's the easiest way to make a shortcut for a web page?

The only way I've been able to do it thus far is to bookmark it first. Then I can create a shortcut.

Has to be a better way.

When im on the Web page, I just click menu button I believe then add shortcut
