Malware, I've had before that cause folders added

I've had this malware before, but I forgot what is called and how I got rid of it. So it's kind of hard to search Google to know what it is. I was going to post a picture of what it does but seems I can't .. So I'll try to explain it, alright it seem to delete my pictures in some of my folders or added them to new folders, then after each restart it adds new picture folders with one picture in those folders. The pictures looks like a dog or some kind of do posing differently so it's an icon of something.
