Yeah. Now the funny thing is that there is no charge for it in my bank account and it left Texas this morning...

Not sure if anyone else has heard the same but I have called the past three days and was told "it will ship today" and finally spoke with a supervisor this morning and they informed me that all orders placed on the 24th have been delayed, will ship tomorrow and should expect them on monday or tuesday. Also the charge on my card has been pending but today when I looked it was gone.

Yes I got the 25% off and paid the $14.95 for shipping. Total cost was $644ish

Plus you wouldn't be able to cancel. Since according to customer service you have a 90 min window to cancel orders from time you place the order

Ya I just checked fedex again using my order number and it shows it got picked up in Tx about 30 minutes ago and estimated delivery date on the 7th

Just got a call form Motorola. It was from their Corporate Consumer Advocacy Office. The lady was very nice and apologized again for the delay. She stated they would try to change the delivery while its enroute so I could get it faster. She also did offer me free accessories. I am getting a free porfolio case and a travel charger. I think this more than makes up for my aggrevation.
