I'm going to switch from Delv to ART manually in dev opts. DO I NEED TO BACKUP DATA???? If I switch back to Delv will my present data still be there or not ?? LG G3 4.4.2 D850..

Yes, your data will still be there. You should still keep a backup just to be safe.
