Manually set "outside" brigthness on?

[Android Central Question]

Ok, I drop my phone a few days ago and the screen ****ed up.

It glitchs in white and green all the time UNLESS the brightness is set to max and I have to be under a bright light for my lux sensor to add some more brightness.

Now, there is a way to manually set that brightness on?
