Manufacturer refurbished phones-Yay or Nay?

I have a potential good deal on a pretty much perfect condition Verizon Note 4 that I'm looking at. It's listed as being "manufacturer refurbished". Looking at the pics, it seems pretty mint condition. So...thoughts?

There are those who say that such phones are a better deal than new ones because they will have been thoroughly checked.

It depends on the manufacturer. Since it's Samsung, it should be just fine. I would say give it a whirl!

Ok, good to know! I mean, I've bought pre-owned tablets before, but all my phones when I first got them have been brand new.
