Question Many anti-addiction apps set daily usage limit. Any app to set one-time-usage limit (with a few minutes of ban)?

Many anti-addition apps like StayFree will set daily usage limit on an app that I don't want to get addicted to, like Chrome.

But I now want a one-time-usage limit. For instance, if I use Chrome for 30 seconds, then it will shut down the app, and also ban opening this app for the next 3 minutes or so. After that 3 minute ban, the app allows me to use Chrome again, but only for 30 seconds consecutively.

Is there any anti-addition app like this?
