March Feature drop

So, I've been reading in Droid Life, that we can expect a Pixel Feature drop in March. Will this be a part of the March Security update, or a separate download? If separate, will it automatically download or will we receive a notification? Just curious. Thanks.

Last time it was separate. I think it was more of sever side update. But I'm sure if there is software required they will launch it with the security update in March and then push the features via serve side over time.
