March Security Bulletin up for Pixel / Nexus devices

No Wi-Fi cog wheel bug with 7.1.1 either. Now I can access the settings.

Or looks like I am stuck on 7.1.2 -- I removed myself from the beta but the official version won't download. I hit download and install and it just sits forever lol. I even did a FDR and got back in to see if it would download but it sits... Dammit Google D:

I think it must be due to me having the Google version of the Pixel XL versus the Verizon. I fixed it by doing the below.

I enrolled back into the program, took the SIM card out, rebooted, ensured it saw me in the beta, removed myself from beta, and now the 7.1.1 OTA downloads.

I have a Verizon Pixel, had to jump through similar hoops to get out of the Beta program.
Your being a Noob has nothing to do with it.

Haha it is all good. Aquila likes to mess with me all the time :P.

I have the Verizon Pixel XL. Just unenrolled and the factory update just showed up. It had the Feb update. Then told it to search for the March update, and voila! It downloaded and installed.

Security update seems to have been a great salve for my Pixel XL. It has seemingly stopped the BT deactivation, fixed my Smart Lock Trusted Places, and if at all possible seems to have increased battery life. It's possible that the constant failing of Trust Places and having to input my PIN simply forced the battery to work harder and the fix stopped that, but so far I'm pleased with the patch. Haven't experienced a random BT shutoff yet (watch, I will now that I've posted this).

No more Bluetooth deactivation since March update for me too. Really happy.

I have had my bluetooth disable itself on this new update. At first it didn't happen but it has now happened a couple of times in the past 24 hours.
