March Software/Security Update

Grabbed it when Venom posted AT&T was available. Been good so far. Also, not sure if this is anything, but previously, I wasn't able to find the "Advanced Messaging" option for Samsung Messages on the last version. For whatever reason, I searched because something didn't seem to work right in my messages I tried to search the Advanced Messaging option, and I found it and I was able to see settings for it. But again, I also don't see any changes in my Samsung Message app for the received/delivered on my messages.

Hmm... The version number is the same as on unlocked, but 300 MB more. Weird. Must be AT&T bloatware.

Update went smoothly and didn't add any new apps that I can see. It may have updated apps that I disabled but I don't recall that it had a ton of bloatware compared to AT&T phones I've had in the past.

Can compare versions of certain apps like the camera to see if they match with yours.

My Camera app is showing ver. 13.1.01.17

Any other apps you want me to check I can.

Intersting... Watching Jimmy is Promo vid I just learned if you want to view details of what was changed when an update is available...

When you go to Settings > About phone > Software Information > Security Patch Level, If you actually tap on the Security Patch Level, then choose Read and Samsung, it will bring you to the Security Updates Site and you can see the Details for current update.

i don't think changing the date on your phone would impact the availability of SW update 'push' to your phone..
