Pixel 9Pxl, just received the March Update. Now, all sounds for keyboard taps, Text alerts, use of Google Voice, are off. They are on in Settings and Do Not Disturb is off (they seem to have moved the switch for DND). Also, the keypad is silent when dialing the phone to make a call.
Anyone else?

Hmm, something is weird, maybe you have a DND mode that's persistent? Try flushing the Play Store Cache and reboot and double/triple-checking the modes?
The dialer seems to be default-silent now (I actually prefer this, but turning off/on worked fine for me when I checked), I get text audio notifications (I suspect if I test the other two it'll be fine as well).
If all the above checks out, maybe an app with permissions to overlay and/or receive a broad set of notifications?
Weird deal. My biggest grip with the March release is the changes in the 5G/LTE signal negotiating is tough on the battery, in certain locations (towers/bands), my house being in one of 'em, unfortunately.

I just tried that, but something more serious must be going on. I just restarted the phone, and the Google splash screen started coming up, then paused, never completely restarting. I waited a bit, then hit the Power button again. It briefly flashed, then went black. Tried hitting power again, but all it does now is vibrate, no screen powerup. Looks like a trip to the Verizon store

Yeah, that's bad, certainly looks like there's a lot more corruption (or possibly h/w failure) than just the notification issues.

It finally powered back up, but no change to my issues, after emptying cache on multiple apps.
Still waiting to hear back from Verizon and Google, but may need to do the full reset, or ask them to replace it (it's still under warranty)

Good luck. I hope you get things sorted quickly.

Any updates on this? I've been following as I'm now invested in the solution.
Actually, there is...I'm happy to report that I think I have got it fixed. I dove into the Modes setting yesterday and played around with the new suite of choices. I disabled Bedtime/ Driving/Game Dashboard, and in Do Not Disturb, I allowed All People, my texting app, and Alarms and Other Interruptions to interrupt Do Not Disturb. I realize this is a shotgun approach that may disable some of the new features of Modes, but I never used Do Not Disturb, so rather be safe than sorry
