MArket Error - HELP

Error processing purchase {DF-BPA-09}
Unable to download anything. When i click on install on any app i get this error msg.

GS3 rooted stock rom.

ok... try this it has worked for me in the past. Settings/application management/all apps list. Scroll down to Google Services Framework. Clear data.

nope i even reboot my phone and same error

Try removing your Google account and then signing into the Play store with it. If you transitioned from a phone that only had the Android Market, you might have to add a credit card. At least that's what I had to do.
