Market unlocker issue

Google play store just went back to being restricted for no reason and when I use market unlocker again it doesn't work. What can I do to fix this?

You have to use a proxy (in-built support) or VPN to access google play as well as a fake carrier with Market Unlocker. Also there's a new version 3.3.7 for pro users to fetch more working proxies automatically. Here is the details.
