Marketplace not working?

Hello, I just got my Moment today. I was looking forward to all kinds of apps, but as it turns out, I can't connect to it! Anyone have any advice?
 
I'm not sure how the moment work.

See if these steps work for you.

Menu - settings - applications - manage applications - market then tap force stop - clear data, cache, and uninstall any update if available.
Go back to your apps and open market.. and accept terms & agreement.
