Marshmallow and battery hotswapping

Well great I guess I did it to myself by upgrading this early. My battery issues when I hot swap a battery to a fully charged battery the indicator only reads in the 30 percentile. I have 3 batteries that I interchange daily. Any ideas?

What do you mean I also have batteries

Have you cleared cache or factory reset? I'd try the former first and see if that fixes your problem.
