When I enable pop ups for my Facebook messenger and TextNow app, most of my screen does not respond to touch after i drag the minimized bubble icons to an x at the bottom of my screen. However though I can drop down the quick menu/notification bar. Ultimately I have to reboot my phone. Need help.
