I'll test it out to see if I experience the same issue. Right now it's pitch dark and I'm not sure how the sky looks but it was cloudy all day and rain and no clouds. I'll report back tomorrow. I've taken all of these steps with the Pixel 2 and Pixel 3. Nothing works.Ok if that doesn't help try uninstall the update if possible.
