AC Question

Hi there,

Since I've had my Motorola 360 G2, I've experienced an extreme data usage on the backend of the Android OS process (we are talking upwards of 2GB every month). The consumption seems to appear in huge steps, so I'm assuming it must be some sort of downloads or updates. Can anyone help me sort this issue out?

Thanks a lot!

Mod Note, I will move this to the 360 g2 forum for more visibility

The 360 + AW should not be doing that.

Can you show your mobile data usage screen? It should list those apps that are using the most cellular data. I am on a 4G verizon plan so I have to be careful. From there I think you can restrict their access. This screen here:

Restrict all bloat-ware. Most of this crap is there to siphon personal usage information and send it back to the developer via whatever permissions the unsuspecting user allows.

This is very typical for me for those times when I find it necessary to test Verizon cellular coverage.

My AW apps are always towards the bottom, since I always only use them under wifi, and even then in the wifi side of things they are WAY down to the bottom of the list.
