Having red the cashback offer, it's just send a proof of receipt from certain participating retailers in the UK such as CPW, they validate receipt and done cashback on the way.

So much so I bought the 10pro

Yep I had random reboots, I took it back to Carphone warehouse after about 18 months and they said they didn't know when they could fix it and offer me a S7 or some Sony Xperia phone both brand new, took the S7 couldn't be asked to wait. Google hardware still needs work hopefully third time lucky, this year.

It's pretty good that carfone warehouse took it back after 18 months and did a upgrade /different replacement and to a different brand . That would never happen at stores here.

Yeah in Europe you get very good consumer protection
