Mate 20 Pro showing 2 SIM Toolkit

So to make things short.i have the Dual Sim Mate 20 Pro and I recently formatted it and removed 1 of the sim cards. And after setting up the phone AS NEW. I noticed that there are still 2 SIM Toolkit icons. Is this normal?

My ROG Phone doesn't show 2 SIM Toolkit.Neither does my Mi 8...
