Material 3 Expressive arrival?

Does anyone know when Material 3 Expressive is going to be available?

DL'ing Sept. Update now, .97gb for size

Both my P7 and P8P got the Sept update. On the 8pro the date/temp moved down to above the fingerprint scanner on the AOD/lock screen but this didn't happen on my P7 (still upper left). Strange.
Also on both devices the font for the At a Glance widget got a lot smaller. If anyone knows how to make it bigger without having to do a system wide font increase, please let me know.

Yes that font size is something I'm not happy with. Plus there's more space to add additional apps to each screen
