Maxx after one week

I had gotten the Razr on 11/11 and loved it. Only issue was I carried a backup battery where ever I went. Then came the Maxx, I was sad on one side but in love on the other. Then I said the heck with it. Went to VZW store and traded in my Razr for the Maxx now I am in love completely.

Don't carry the backup any more...... and well it is just wonderful. Like any electronic device, it has issues so i work around them Then I have none.

Interesting that you carried a backup battery. Are they easy to install? I read that it was a pain in the A$$??

I think he meant the external battery pack, the one that plugs into the micro USB port, not a battery he would have to install.

where do you get these external battery packs. I think it would be handy as my wife and I like to camp, hike, take pictures,etc. Having a backup juice bucket in case we are not near a power outlet would be dandy.

But I read that non OEM chargers and charge cords can make the battery swell and void the warranty.

Anyone have any thoughts on this?

I have a source from China that sends me offers for some nice portable batteries, but i'm reluctant to get one because I don't want to ruin the battery. One in particular sounds pretty tasty because the one box has the capacity to charge both phones.

I also love this maxx phone but I need to know where can I find the voice notes or voice recorder on the maxx to have voice reminders when doing groceries ? I have tried to look for it but for the life of me I can't find it. on the thunderbolt it was with the calculator vnd stuff
