Tried everything, no update, oh well, guess I'll just wait and be patient. Not versed in side-loading and such. Anyone know of a step by step tutorial on how to side load updates and such???

You have the unlocked version from Google? If so what's your build number

If you are on P you shouldn't even be concerned with this patch anymore. Android P has the May patch .. But remember .. Betas don't get security patch updates so next month you won't get one. You will only get beta build updates.

If you're still on P you WON'T get it. I'm on O still and still on April...

The P beta is already on May. If you're on dev preview you have to opt into the beta.
