I just got an OTA tonight to take my T-Mobile N6 to MMB30G from MMB29X. Looks like T-Mobile has yet to approve an MOB build with the 34R radio. Where's everyone else at who has opted to wait for OTAs instead of flashing a factory image?

Gone! I just jumped from MMB30G to MOB30I via adb sideload. It took a good 13 minutes to unpack the zip and install the update, but the upgrading/optimizing process (54 apps) only took about 5.

T-Mobile WiFi-Calling appears to be working, but I'll have to use it as a daily driver for a few days to see if anything fails.

G'd'm, I love havin' a Nexus!

Fifteen hours later and the only problem I'm having is that I'm pinin' for my Android N notifications. The new radio seems to be working fine, and that was pretty much my only concern about the OTA given that the carriers are being so... what? ... cautious? about the MOB builds.

After running this update I can not longer sync my outlook.com calendar with my Nexus. While I've configured the accounts on the phone they are no longer listed in the calendar app. Has anyone else had similar issue?

try removing and re-adding the outlook account - mine shows up in the calendar app

I noticed that but I thought it happened after Google updated Google exchange services through play store.

To get around that I had to setup outlook.com with exchange services manually. Microsoft has instructions posted for setting up outlook.com using exchange services manually. Just be sure to click setup manually and not next button after entering your email address.

I wonder; what exactly is different about that new radio? There has to be some changes, right? Else they wouldn't change it, yeah? 🤔

Rick,

Thanks for the response. Adding the O365 account as an Exchange account worked for me. Thanks again.

My AT&T update for May decided it didn't like my freshly flashed 29X.

Relocked the bootloader and sideloaded the new MOB image. Running fine.
