May System Update - Lost Contacts and Favorites

After downloading and installing the May update, my exchange contacts, and all phone/contact favorites are now missing from the phone. Is there a way to resynch them? I've tried the synch now option without any luck. Thanks.

Are they still in your GMail account? If you go to your PC and Gmail you should see contacts. Are they there?

Thanks for the response. This is a problem with my exchange contacts, not Google/Gmail. Contacts are still in my exchange account.

You should be able to export them and place them in Gmail. Never had to do that myself.

In case it helps anyone, I had to remove my exchange account and then re-add it. Also, while I was experiencing the issue, if I modified a contact in exchange it then synched over to android.
