Maybe a silly question about the speakers...but....

If im playing music through the speakers should the sound come out of both speakers or just the bottom? Music seems to be coming through both for spotify buy not on the music app?

It plays through both buuuuut when sound plays from left/right stereo speaker it goes through the top/bottom

Thanks but music played through Spotify and the "Android" app on the play store plays from both speaker s but if I play music through the preinstalled google app it only plays through the bottom?

So you're using Play Music and not the Music app? Maybe clear the cache, do a force stop and soft reset

Sorry I'm using the music app the one with the red headphones



Update : all working fine now - id an equaliser app which must have been conflicting so uninstalled it and all fine now
