MDRXB650BT not connecting to moto g3

Hi guys..i just bought some sony headphones model - MDR -XB650BT, and i currently have motorola g3, and my headphones are not connecting to my g3. The moment i select them in bluetooth settings, then connect within a sec. and the disconnect within a sec, and when i try to pair with them again, my g3 says, "pairing rejected by MDR-XB650BT". Anyone suffering from this probem too? Anyone knows how to solve this problem??
