Generally been impressed by the battery of the s9+ its always lasted me the day and had like 20-30% before charging up and going to bed... Iv been getting 5 hours on screen time, however today my phone has been getting hot and there are 2 system applications that are eating my battery.

Before going to sleep last night I was browsing Internet using the Samsung browser and noticed these pop up in the battery list but it seems like they have carried on eating battery thought the night and day whilst Iv been at work.

Does anybody have any I formation or suggestions on this?... Iv just forced stop the Samsung Internet browser and cleared cache in an attempt to resolve it.

Were you streaming content in the browser or any audio being played, maybe from ads? That can also pop up frequently if you have an SD card that's failing or about to fail (forces the system to read and re-read and re-read it).

I havent got a SD installed but yeah I was looking at some game reviews so I could understand it being a bit heavy on the media at the time but kind of had a bit of panic when I saw it murdering my battery though today.

Looks like it hasn't gone up since I force closed the browser and cleared cache so hopefully all good for now..... Hopefully.
