Media hub wont work!

When I click on the Media Hub APP. It says not available at this time.

i hate media hub. bought the goodfellas movie, didnt dowload on 4g and wifi. called samsung said it was a bad link that they forgot to fix. a month a later and a call a week still no fix and answer to when. took another three weeks on top of that to get a refund, they wouldnt even give me a gift voucher or nothing...

I always just click market>menu>downloads> and I update like that.. or search for Samsung Telecomunications America and it should be the only thing there...

yeah i always go to the downloads and see if there are any updates for that day... almost always is.
