media player issue

The media player will not transmit sound through the aux jack to the car radio nor will it play through headphones. The player is playing, but no sound. FM radio works though. All volumes are up.

Do you have bluetooth turned on. It may be trying to play through bluetooth audio. Turn bluetooth off and try it again.
