[MEGATHREAD] "Failed to update software. Use SKT USIM card to update."

Can't update my phone because I keep getting this message, "Failed to update software. Use SKT USIM card to update."
How do I get around this or where can I get this card? I bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 Advanced (SHV-E330S) on Ebay from Korea.

Here's a late answer.

A USIM is a Universal SIM - what we use today.

SKT is South Korean Telecom.

So the total answer is yes, if you want more than just wifi (like a telephone connection, SMS or mobile data).

Welcome to Android Central! How are you trying to update it -- using the System Update option in the system settings? What Android version is it currently on? Are you sure there's an official update that's more recent for that particular variant? Chances are that a phone that old is already updated as high as it can get.
