Memo App draining my Battery!

Today I made an edit to an entry I had in my Memo app, and now it's sucking the life out of my battery! I have disabled it, and have rebooted my phone, but when I go into Battery in Settings, the MEMO app is still showing as running at 20%, at the top of the list? How can a Memo app be draining my battery even when active?

The 20% that it shows is probably historical. If you truly disabled the app, that percentage should decrease as you continue using your phone.
