How would I create a shortcut to the internal Memo application on my Galaxy S6?

Welcome to Android Central! Open your App Drawer and look for the Memo app -- it might be in the Tools folder. Long-press the Memo icon, then drag and drop it to the homescreen -- that creates a shortcut.
