Question ulefone armor 3w no touch

Hi.
I need your help.The touch screen on my Ulefone Armor 3W has stopped working. I tried connecting a USB mouse and even doing a hard reset, but nothing worked. Since it's a second phone and I'd like to use it for testing, I'd like to be able to control it with a mouse, for example. Do you have any advice?

the problem is how to activate bluetooth if the touch doesn't work

Its going to be hard without being able to change / check some settings.
