Memo sync from Note 3 to PC?

memo syncro from note 3 to PC

I syncro my note 3 with outlook thru smart switch. it was successful but memo of note 3 didn't copy / syncro with outlook can someone help my in syncro of memos?

Did you check and make sure that you have the Memo's set to sync with Smart Switch?
